Refund Policy
Live animals
Upon receipt of your live animal, please thoroughly check them for any health concerns before adding them to your tank. If you are concerned about their health prior to adding them to your tank, please send photographic evidence and a description ASAP to thesnaillady@hotmail.com and we will do our best to help you.
In the rare event that your snail arrives dead, they will either smell strongly or will be outside of their shell. In this event, please send photographic evidence to thesnaillady@hotmail.com and you will be refunded as soon as possible.

Please be aware that if often takes a few days for a snail to begin moving around its new tank after shipment. This is normal and nothing to be concerned about.
Other items
Refunds will only be available for non-animal product if they are faulty or damaged. Please send photographic evidence and a description of the issue to thensaillady@hotmail.com and a refund will be considered.
